[ARTICLE] Wave to Earth is Coming to Manila!

Following their successfully concluded North American tour in September 2023, Wave to Earth will finally be making waves in Manila and make their fans’ “Evening Glow” on March 11 and 13, 8 PM at the New Frontier Theater.

Comprised of Kim Daniel, Shin Donggyu, and Cha Soonjung, Wave to Earth emerged as a refreshing presence in the Korean music scene with the release of their EPs in 2020, deviating from the typical K-POP sound. The harmonious blend of soothing melodies and calming rhythms in all of their songs offer a distinct, jazzy, and soulful masterpiece that is capable of captivating the senses and stirring the emotions.

In April 2021, the band signed under the label Wavy, owned by their fellow artist, Colde. Two years after, Wave to Earth finally debuted their full album, 0.1 Flaws and All, featuring relatable tracks such as ‘Bad’, ‘Love’, ‘Sunny Days’, and ‘Evening Glow’.

I was captivated from the moment I heard their song “Seasons,” which led me to their whole discography. Their tracks instantly transports you on a road trip to the beach, offering a serene and relaxed atmosphere, providing an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Certainly! A playlist tailored for those moments when relaxation is essential.
