[PR] South Korean Actor Wi Ha Jun is the newest #GlobalBenchsetter

Wi Ha Jun, famously known for his character in Netflix’s Squid Game, snags endorsement with Filipino retail giant Bench.

If there’s one thing that’s obvious about Bench’s newest international endorser Wi Ha Jun, his awe-striking looks, demigod body, and captivating flair transcend the barriers of varied digital screens, which K-Drama fans can’t get enough of.

The 30-year-old South Korean actor known for his roles in My Golden Life (2017), Something In The Rain (2018), Romance Is A Bonus Book (2019), and 18 Again (2020), skyrocketed to fame when he played the character of Hwang Jun Ho, in the most-watched Netflix survival drama series, Squid Game (2021). Since then, Wi Ha Jun has become one of South Korea’s sought-after actors. He even made it to People Magazine’s list of Sexiest Men on TV for 2021.

Wi Ha Jun recently starred in the tvN drama Bad And Crazy alongside another talented actor Lee Dong Wook. The heroic drama follows the story of Ryu Seo Yeol, a capable but corrupt police detective whose stance on life and humanity changed after meeting the righteous but crazy K, played by Ha Jun.

Along with actor Ji Chang Wook, he will reportedly be starring in the upcoming intense crime action drama The Worst Evil. Moreover, Wi Ha Jun is also set to star in a new K-drama called K Project with fellow South Korean actors Park Seo Joon and Han So Hee, who are in talks to participate in the said project.

Over the years, Bench, the country’s leading and biggest clothing brand, has successfully beefed up its stellar lineup of endorsers—from A-list Filipino celebrities, Hollywood actors, and South Korean heartthrobs. And with what Wi Ha Jun has achieved throughout his career, it’s apt to place him in the brand’s roster of #GlobalBenchsetters.
